2. What data we process
What you send us through the contact form: name, email, phone number, project type and message.
Information about where your visit came from (UTM parameters, Google and Meta click identifiers, landing page and referring site). Your browser keeps it during the session and it is only sent together with the form, if you choose to submit it.
If you are a customer: identification and contact details (name or company name, ID number, email, phone, address), the project you hire, and billing and payment details (amounts, dates, collection status, payment method and reference).
Conversations you start on WhatsApp, which WhatsApp and Meta handle under their own terms. If you write to our number, a virtual assistant replies and, when needed, a member of our team.
Browsing data through analytics and advertising cookies, only if you accept them.
3. Why we use it
To reply to your request and prepare quotes.
To follow up on your request commercially.
To manage the business relationship with our customers: quotes, invoicing, collections and follow-up of the projects they hire.
To send you, through WhatsApp or email, the quotes, payment requests, receipts and payment reminders for your project, and to answer your questions with the virtual assistant.
To measure and improve the site and our campaigns, with your consent.
4. Legal basis and consent
Your prior, express and informed authorization, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
For visitors in the European Economic Area: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent for non-essential cookies (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.a).
5. Who we share it with
With service providers: site hosting, email, and our internal automation tool (n8n, hosted on our own server). Site hosting: Contabo GmbH (Alemania); servidor en la Unión Europea.
The WhatsApp virtual assistant uses an artificial intelligence provider (OpenAI), which receives the text of the conversation to generate the reply. Messages travel through WhatsApp (Meta).
To prevent spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile: Cloudflare receives technical data from your browser (such as the IP address) to tell people apart from automated programs.
Only with your consent, with Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Pixel).
We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside your country, with the safeguards required by applicable law.
6. Retention and security
We keep your data for as long as the business relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as legal, accounting and tax obligations require, or until you ask us to delete it where applicable. If you ask us to delete your data, we erase your personal data and keep only what the law requires us to retain as accounting records.
Our customers' data is stored encrypted on our servers and only the authorized person can access it, with a password and two-step verification.
7. Your rights
Colombia: to know, update, correct and delete your data, to revoke your authorization and to file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to complain to your data protection authority.
California: to know what data we hold, to request its deletion and to opt out of the use of data for advertising ("sharing"). You can do so from the cookie preferences; we respect the Global Privacy Control signal.

8. Cookies and storage
These are the cookies and local storage this site uses. Only the tools that are active are listed.
If you withdraw your consent, we stop using those tools and delete the analytics and advertising cookies we are able to remove; scripts that already loaded stay inactive until your next page load.
